The budget reflects a 2.8 percent spending increase compared to the previous year and will use money in Paramus' capital reserve accounts for various infrastructure projects, The Record reported.
The budget does not yet include expenses such as health benefit and insurance costs, said The Record.
A final budget will be adopted at the public hearing at 7:30 p.m. April 25, The Record reported.
