The robber, who carrying a black bag, removed his shirt before getting into a white sedan parked in a strip mall lot across the street following the 10:15 a.m. holdup at the Hudson City Savings Bank on Main Street, witnesses told police.
The car then headed west toward Route 4, they said.
No weapon was shown, police said.
