Jenny Dan, 51, of Queens was released on a summons charging her with soliciting an undercover officer for sex at Season Spa on Kinderkamack Road following a month-long investigation, Capt. William Wicker said.
Wicker, the department's officer in charge, said members of the the Bergen County Prosecutor's Special Investigations Squad assisted.
