PARAMUS, N.J. -- Stanley Blank, formerly of Paramus, died Friday, May 20. He was 89.
Born Oct.11, 1926, in the Bronx, he was the son of Jacob and Rose Blank.
He was a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and City College of New York. He served in the U.S. Army from 1944-46. He had a long career as the senior vice president of production with Parade Publications until his retirement at the age of 65.
He is survived by his sister, Anita Galanter and his brother-in-law Jerome; his daughter, Caryn, son in law Jim and their children Alexandra and Victoria; his son, Joel, daughter-in-law Staci and their children Katie and Max.
He was predeceased by his parents; a brother, David; and his wife, Rosalie.
A service was scheduled for 10:45 a.m. Monday, May 23, at The Sanctuary of Abraham and Sarah followed by the gathering of his family and friends at the home of Joel and Staci Blank.
