PARAMUS, N.J. – Mary De Mott, a resident of Middletown, N.Y. and formerly of Paramus, New York City, Raleigh, N.C. and Binghamton, N.Y., died Saturday, April 16. She was 85.
Before retiring, she worked for Sterns in Paramus as a telephone operator.
She is survived by her children, William De Mott and his wife Kathie of Palm Coast, Fla., Robert De Mott and his wife Janice of Middletown, N.Y. and Michael De Mott and his wife Beverly of Youngsville, N.C.; grandchildren, Yvonne Brennan and her husband Mark, Deanna and Brad De Mott; and great-grandchildren Sydney, Jack, Luke and Carley Brennan.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Sauders De Mott.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 S. Farview Ave., Paramus. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
