RIVER EDGE, N.J. -- John Wolf, 73, of River Edge, died Tuesday, Sept. 27.
He served our nation proudly as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam. He spent many years as a general manager at Mercedes Benz in Montvale and was a parishioner at St. Peter’s RC Church in River Edge.
He is survived by his wife, Maureen; daughters, Kathleen Wolf, Linda Campanelli and her husband Paul and Mary Ann Wolf; grandsons, James, Ryan and Jack; and his brother, Robert Wolf.
There will be a funeral service at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Volk Leber Funeral Home 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell then to St. Peter’s RC Church, 445 Fifth Ave., River Edge for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. Family and friends are invited to visit from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the Vietnam Veterans of America, 8719 Colesville Rd., Suite 100, Silver Springs, MD 20910 would be appreciated by the family.
