You can sit, watch and sip (BYO bottle of wine or beer) while the chef prepares a multi-course meal -- or you can join in the action by assisting in preparing one of the courses. The theme will be locally sourced food that is easy to prepare, good for your diet and great tasting. All participants will receive tasting samples of each dish.

A percentage of the proceeds will support Habitat for Humanity of Bergen County's Women Build program.

The menu for the evening is

  • Kale and Quinoa Salad with Toasted Sunflower Seeds and Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette
  • Sous Vide Chicken Breast with Marsala Mushroom Sauce
