Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees and power lines — outages are expected, according to the NWS.This will result in wind-chill factors that will make the temperature feel like it's in the teens.
"A wind advisory is issued when sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph... or gusts of 46 to 57 mph...are expected or occurring," NWS said. "Winds this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution."
