Paramus Catholic Kicks Off Football Season Against Eastern Christian

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Paramus Catholic High School starts its 2015-16 varsity football season with a home game against Eastern Christian Academy on Friday.

The match between the two private schools will kick off at 7 p.m.

The Paramus Catholic High Paladins have won multiple state championships, most recently in December 2012 against Bergen Catholic High School. The Paladins compete in the Big North Conference, a superconference of 40 public and private high schools in northern New Jersey.

Eastern Christian Academy, a private Christian school in Maryland, travels to Texas, New Jersey, South Carolina, Ohio and D.C. to compete against many regional powers.
