PARAMUS, N.J. -- The Harlem Wizards basketball team will play the Paramus All-Stars on Saturday, Feb. 27, to benefit the Paramus Children's Health Foundation.
Proceeds will benefit the foundation. It provides financial assistance to Paramus families with children who have a severe illness or injury resulting in economic hardship.
The foundation was inspired by the people of Paramus who rallied together to help the families of T.J. Franson and Thomas Caruso, after they were diagnosed with a severe illness. This charitable foundation is a tax‐exempt organization.
Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door. They are available through various schools, and from Gold's Gym, in Paramus, at 49 E. Midland Ave.
There will be two games, at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., at Paramus High School, at 99 E. Century Rd. Doors open at 2 p.m. for the first game, and 6:30 p.m. for the second.
