PARAMUS, N.J. -- PreK4 students from Visitation Academy in Paramus witnessed the wonder of the butterfly life cycle Wednesday.
They monitored the caterpillar’s transition as it grew, changed into a chrysalis and finally emerged as a butterfly. It takes approximately three weeks to go from a caterpillar to a butterfly.
As the students watched with excitement, the butterflies were set free.
