Slim Goodbody is a fictional character created and performed by John Burstein. Burstein created the character in 1975.

He performs wearing a flesh-colored unitard with various tissues, organs and organ systems painted on the front in biologically-accurate locations and sizes.

Parkway school students learned how the different parts of their bodies function, as well as ways to keep their bodies healthy and strong.

Through songs, games and audience participation, Slim Goodbody gave a performance that was humorous and informative.

The Parkway PTA sponsored this assembly.
