PARAMUS, N.J. -- A 29-year-old Saddle Brook man was hospitalized with leg injuries after he shouted "I don't want to live anymore" and jumped less than two stories from a parking deck at a Paramus mall Thursday night.
Police responding to several callers around 7:50 p.m. found the man conscious and complaining of leg pain near the Lee Myles shop at Bergen Town Center. "It wasn't very high," one of them told Daily Voice. "A little more than one story."
He was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center.
