Paramus Police Face Teachers In 'Books N Badges' Charity Softball Game

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Teachers take on police officers in the first annual Paramus "Books N Badges" charity softball game for the Children's Health Fund to support medically fragile children and their families on May 14.

Paramus PRIDE, The Education Association of Paramus and Paramus police are co-sponsoring the event from 5-9 p.m. at the Cliff Gennarelli-Paramus Sports-Plex at the Garden State Plaza.

The Education Association of Paramus represents approximately 400 teachers and strengthens community ties with events throughout the year.
