Fernando Salinas, 48, remained held on $200,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail on two counts each of sexual assault and child endangerment.
One of the boys, now 15, told authorities the incident occurred when he was 6 or 7, Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said Wednesday.
A 5-year-old boy disclosed similar allegations to his father, who went to Paramus police, he said.
Detectives with Grewal's Special Victims Unit interviewed the boys, who "provided specific details regarding what had occurred," the prosecutor said.
An arraignment was scheduled for this Friday in Central Municipal Court in Hackensack.
