Longtime Paramus Crossing Guard Marion Kremer Dies At 73

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Marion (Timko) Kremer, of Paramus, died on Friday, Jan. 6. She was 73.

Kremer was a school crossing guard for Paramus for over 30 years and a parishioner of the Church of the Annunciation in Paramus. "She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and devoted and involved grandmother," information from the funeral home noted.

She is survived by her husband, Eric "Randy" Kremer; children Randy Kremer and his wife Christalee, and Kim Cauwels and her husband Glen; grandchildren Cassidy, Brandon, Payton and Lexie; and sister Linda Gonzalez.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9, at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave., in Paramus. A funeral service will be held at noon on Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, in Paramus.
