ORADELL, N.J. – J. Kenneth Forester, a resident of Oradell, died Wednesday, June 1. He was 94.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II and was an aviation pioneer at Teterboro Airport since 1946.
He is survived by his children, Ken and his wife Susan, Gary and his wife Lynne, Lynn and her husband Evelyn, David and his wife Mary; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Annabelle H.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 5, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell. The funeral service will be Monday, June 6, at 10 a.m. at The Reformed Church of Oradell, 641 Church St., Oradell, with all to meet at the church. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, with a reception to follow at the church.
Donations may be made in his name to the Reformed Church of Oradell.
