Garbis Khristo Nalbandian, 84, Of Paramus

PARAMUS, N.J. -- Garbis Khristo Nalbandian, a resident of Paramus and formerly of Cliffside Park, died Wednesday, April 13. He was 84.

Before retiring, he worked for Belfor Restorations in Birmingham, Mich. as an electrical engineer. He was a member of the Armenian Presbyterian Church in Paramus.

He is survived by his spouse Ayko Nalbandian; his son Barkey Nalbandian and his wife Jill of Paramus; grandchildren Branden and Tyler; and siblings Sossy Hanessian and Seta Kazandjian.

He was predeceased by his parents Kevork Nalbandian and Zarouhi Geubdkjian.

The family will receive friends from 10-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Armenian Presbyterian Church, 140 Forest Ave., Paramus. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
