PARAMUS, N.J. — The company that owns the Paramus Corporate Center and the Towne Square shopping center has begun construction on another mall on Route 17 in Paramus, next to the Suburban Diner.
More retail space is coming to Route 17 North in Paramus.

Photo Credit: Cecilia LevineGabrellian Associates purchased and demolished the buildings next to the current structure at 160 Route 17 North, a representative from Edmond's Contracting told Daily Voice at the site on Nov. 5.
The Shops at 17 North will be complete in approximately one year, he said.
