PARAMUS, N.J. – Ariel Aaronson-Eves will present “You Are What You Eat” during the Summer Service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Central Unitarian Church in Paramus.

Aaronson-Eves' sermon will discuss issues, such as how desires are reflected in how we live and eat, what role can the relationship to food play in creating a sustainable future, and how can the congregation help embody one’s values to create that future. She also will offer a “Vegetable Communion,” which she created.

Aaronson-Eves grew up at Central Unitarian and is preparing to enter Starr King School for the Ministry this fall.

This and future Summer Services are in the sanctuary. In the event of extremely hot weather, services move to the air-conditioned assembly room. Everyone is asked to bring beverages and snacks to share. Families are welcome. Child care for infants and toddlers will be provided.

Summer Services continue through Labor Day weekend, with homecoming Sunday, Sept. 11.

Central Unitarian Church is at 156 Forest Ave., Paramus.
