This Hatha Flow-style yoga class is accessible to all fitness levels and will be offered free on the following Saturdays in the library's meeting room — Jan. 16, 23 and 30 and Feb. 6.
Registration is required and space is limited.
Halligan has been teaching yoga in a group setting, as well as privately, for more than 15 years. She has a degree in nutrition and exercise physiology.
Registrants are asked to bring a mat and a towel.
