Charges Dropped After Just Pups Store Owner Pleads Guilty

PARAMUS, N.J. — A Paramus pet store owner is pleading guilty to several borough and health code violations and will pay thousands of dollars in restitution, NorthJersey.com reports.

Just Pups owner Vincent LoSacco was originally faced hundreds of charges after local officials discovered a van full of 67 crated dogs parked overnight behind his Route 17 shop in April.

Most of the charges were dropped Wednesday after LoSacco plead guilty to four health code violations and one violation of a borough ordinance, NorthJersey.com reports.
